Excellent experience, friendly and prompt service. Ring took a little over a week to arrive when other jewelers had quoted 3-5 weeks due to the holiday season. Awesome place! I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for all your help and expertise Roderick. I really liked how Roderick took the time to understand what I wanted and needed, very patient and knowledgeable, he took the time to show me different bands and diamonds as well to explain a lot of important details when choosing a diamond. As most people who decide to buy an engagement ring, usually it takes several visits and research before deciding to invest. I walked into Diamond Exchange and spoke with Rod and within an hour I walked out putting a deposit down on a dream ring for my future wife. Awesome experience!!! I called and said exactly what I wanted, Rodrick showed exactly what I wanted but BETTER. The Diamond he showed was perfection. He educated us on diamonds, and we could not be happier with what he got for us! Got a great deal on it and it’s simply stunning. I am now engaged with a big GORGEOUS ring!
